We deliver to most pin codes across India. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

All orders include a standard shipping charge, which is calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination. There are no hidden fees — all costs are clearly shown before you make your payment.

Delays & Exceptions

Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, contact number, or non-availability, it may be returned to us. We will reach out to you to arrange re-shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Policy – Prince Shoppings

At Prince Shoppings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help you with an easy return or exchange process.

Eligibility for returns and exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you received a damaged or defective product, you received the wrong item or color, or the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Certain items such as personal care products, used kitchenware, or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return process

Once approved, our team will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to send the product back. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide your bank account details for the refund transfer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please inform our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will replace the item or process a refund after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
